Limited Spots
- Dedicated Care Manager — a trusted, consistent partner for your family
- Weekday Availability — 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 24-hour call-back guarantee
- One Monthly Visit — home visit, needs check, and safety audit every month (in person or via Zoom)
- Vendor Coordination — sourcing, vetting, and scheduling home professionals (vendor services billed separately)
- Family Communication — timely updates to keep family members informed
- Home Safety Assessments — regular evaluations and hazard prevention recommendations
- Errand & Appointment Coordination — groceries, prescriptions, transportation
We do not provide medical care or hands-on caregiving. Vendor services are billed separately.

Aging In Place
We are excited to welcome Margaret Hamilton as the Director of Operations for Aging in Place at Abode N Beyond.
Margaret brings a deep passion for helping older adults maintain their independence and quality of life. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a concentration in Gerontology and a minor in Psychology, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of aging.
As the Director of Operations for our Aging in Place division, Margaret serves as the primary point of contact for individuals and families looking to learn more about our services. She works closely with every new client to understand their goals, create personalized support plans, and coordinate the services needed to help them remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Her mission is to provide families with peace of mind while empowering older adults to maintain their independence and continue living life on their own terms.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Margaret grew up in the Greater Boston area and spent many summers on Cape Cod. After graduating from Westfield State University, she returned to Cape Cod, where she worked for an elder care management company and became a trusted resource within the community. Through her experience coordinating care and supporting older adults and their families, she developed a compassionate, person-centered approach that aligns perfectly with the mission of Abode N Beyond.
Margaret is also passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. She is constantly seeking new ways to enhance our Aging in Place program, improve the experience of our clients and their families, and ensure that our services continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of those we serve.
